When we see VIRAT KOHLI'S running between the wickets or his fielding on the cricket ground or the way he plays the balls so easily when he is batting we all wonder how?? The simplest answer is that is because of his brilliant fitness formula and balanced diet routine which he follows regularly.When he came to play for India we all can remember he was a chubby guy who was not as fit as today.

The strict exercise routine which he follows helps him in great stamina,immunity and to be healthy. VIRAT do not smoke and drink which improve his stamina helps him in better immunity and concentrate on his work out. IN DINNER:
VIRAT eats boiled or grilled seafoods in the dinner.
VIRAT follows very disciplined routine for him and we can see this through his fitness.
